A mere 7% of the students in rural areas of India pursue an education at a higher level after completion of High School. It is majorly because they lack access to necessary guidance and information for visualizing and working towards a bright future
The unavailability of information about career prospects is a major hindrance for students in rural India. It prevents them from accessing and pursuing suitable options for higher education and career.
The TJH Foundation recognizes that the students in remote areas must receive appropriate guidance about career opportunities and higher education. We will be organizing Career counseling and guidance programs for them for furthering the cause of facilitating appropriate career choices.
