Strategic Objectives

TJH implements high quality programmes that create a lasting impact in the lives of vulnerable and excluded children and their communities through the following strategic objectives:


To provide focus, each strategic objective has a well-defined thematic focus. In addition to this, TJH will strengthen evidence based advocacy and campaign initiatives to generate evidence, influence policies and provisions for children at the state, national and international level.


Quality Education:

Improved learning and quality education directly benefiting more than 100 villages.

Ensure all children (6-18 years), especially girls from vulnerable and excluded families, successfully complete 10 years of education in school with appropriate learning levels.

Sanitation and Hygiene:


Improved access to sanitation and hygiene services directly benefiting children and youth from vulnerable and excluded communities in more than 100 villages' schools.


Employability and Economic Empowerment:


Improved youth economic security and financial inclusion that directly benefits 200 youth from 18-24 years 80 villages.
