The JoinHands terms and Conditions for making an online donation on this website
Donors are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the following terms and conditions before donating online on this website.
1. Please fill all the mandatory information in the online enrollment form which will be used for further communication in terms of tax exemption receipts, corresponding, feedback reports etc
2. The Donations received through this payment mechanism shall be directly deposited into the bank account of ";The JoinHands Foundation", Bangalore.
3. Please note that the payment gateway is provided by a third party and it is governed by certain terms and conditions provided by them. Donors are liable in the event when they violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making their donations. TJH shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.
4. TJH does not registered with Foreign Contributions Regulations Act (FCRA) yet. Therefore foreign nationals (even if they are PIO/ OCI card holders) should not make any donations online on this website. However we encourage such individuals, please write to us if you want to support.
5. We can accept donations from non-resident Indians, only if they are holding a valid Indian passport.
6. If your donation transaction is successful, you receive an email acknowledgement of the same from TJH.
7. Please ensure that you entered the correct email address without any mistakes.
8. Refunds are not permitted. Please ensure you fill up the donation amount with due care and verify all fields before proceeding for payment.
9. We accept all Visa, Master & Maestro cards, Indian and International.
10. Note that debit cards will work only if you have activated net banking for your account.
11. Credit / Debit card information is provided by you only on the secure payment gateway and The JoinHands do not collect this information.
12. The donor receives an 80G from TJH for the total amount donated. And you will receive the copy of the same to your registered email address
